The customer had to invest on costly imported machines. The machine setup time was high. In a transformer different varieties of laminations are to be cut for specific dimensions.

This is an import substitution activity wherein Yezba along with its partners designed & manufactured as per the customer requirement and not machine driven. The PLCs were programmed as per the cutting and accuracy controlled within 10 microns.
